If you are a certified Commercial Plumber with the skills, experience and confidence to lead by example as the Hy-Mark go-to person on the job site, this exciting leadership opportunity is for you. Reporting to the Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation of plumbing systems for commercial midrise projects. As a Commercial Plumbing Supervisor, you will be a representative of the Hy-Mark team, using safe work practices and strong communication and collaboration in order to set expectations within the team, to drive quality performance through excellence in customer service. You will be the point person for trade or supervisor issues, problems, inquiries, etc., and strive to provide the best client experience in all activities and tasks you undertake.
This full-time position (typically 40 to 44 hours per week), based out of Guelph, involves travel to job site locations, as needed, with some projects requiring out-of-town work for extended stays (i.e., hotel from Monday to Friday, and home on weekends).
