From the onset of this pandemic and state of emergency Hy-Mark has taken our designation as an essential service provider seriously. Hy-Mark immediately implemented and continues to implement the best practices as advised by the Ontario Government and Public Health officials.
We have provided our team members the recommended personal protective equipment (PPE). Further, from the first days of the pandemic, Hy-Mark made the following decisions related to its team members: (#1) Hy-Mark team members do not have to work if they do not feel comfortable doing so; and (#2) team members should stay home if they are feeling sick without fear of losing their jobs.As a leading provider of HVAC and plumbing services to the South Western Ontario marketplace, we are dedicated to delivering the reliable and high-quality experience that our customers have come to rely on. That is why we have put in place the people and the resources necessary to continue to deliver these services throughout the COVID-19 situation.
Hy-Mark has adapted our approach to accommodate our customers needs and safety. Hy-Mark is making use of technology and for those customers who prefer, we are offering virtual home comfort assessment.
