If you’re a detail-oriented multi-tasker with excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills, and you enjoy working both independently and as part of a team, this role is for you. As a Residential Administration Coordinator, reporting to the Service Supervisor and, ultimately, to the Office Manager, you will be directly responsible for performing data-entry and related tasks, including filing, maintenance and other administrative duties for the Residential HVAC and Plumbing Division. This Residential Administration Coordinator position involves travel to other offices and construction sites, and requires the ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
