If you’re a detail-oriented multi-tasker with excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills, and you enjoy working both independently and as part of a team, this role is for you. As a Residential Administration Coordinator, reporting to the Service Supervisor and, ultimately, to the Office Manager, you will be directly responsible for performing data-entry and related tasks, including filing, maintenance and other administrative duties for the Residential HVAC and Plumbing Division. This Residential Administration Coordinator position involves travel to other offices and construction sites, and requires the ability to lift up to 25 pounds.

The successful candidate for the role of Residential Administration Coordinator will demonstrate:

  • Commitment to our organization’s progressive culture, including our company Core Values
  • 1 to 3 years of work experience in the administration, mechanical design and/or construction field
  • College diploma in Business Administration (an asset)
  • Accuracy in duties and responsibilities
  • High level of proficiency in MS Office software and other computer and fax programs/procedures
  • A valid driver’s licence for travel to construction sites
  • Attention to detail and the ability to multi-task
  • Motivation, integrity, and a positive attitude
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • Excellent computer and organizational skills
  • Ability to build positive working relationships with co-workers and contacts
  • Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to adjust core working hours as required
  • Previous experience in HVAC and/or Plumbing construction (an asset)
