Hy-Mark is part of the Reid’s Heritage Group of Companies, and yesterday we were named one of Canada’s Top Small & Medium Employers! The 2015 winners were announced in The Globe and Mail, and Reid’s Heritage Group (RHG) is proud to be among them. This competition looks at small and medium-sized employers in a similar approach as Statistics Canada, limiting the field to private-sector organizations with less than 500 employees. All companies are evaluated on the same eight key categories, with the winners having “outstanding workplaces with enlightened human resources policies”.
